This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") contained on the website Astrabet , regulates the collection, processing and use of personal and other data collected by the  operator in the process of registration of the user and his/ her visiting the website. 

1. Terms and Definitions 

   1. Website means a website located on the Internet at Astrabet . All exclusive rights to the Website and its individual elements (including software, design)  belong to the Operator in full. The transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of  this Privacy Policy.

   3. Astrabet Bookmaker means the company that accepts bets on sports and other events.

   4. User means a person using the Website. 

   5. Legislation means the current legislation of Curacao.

   10. Service(s) means the opportunity provided by the Operator for the User to place bets  online on a particular competition. 

2. General 

   1. This Policy may be modified or amended from time to time. The new Policy shall come into  effect at the time of its posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website shall be  considered as acceptance by the User of the new version of the Policy. If any User does not  agree with the new Policy, he/ she should immediately stop using the Website. 

   2. This policy shall be an integral part of the Website, as well as "Bet Acceptance Rules". 

   3. By accepting the conditions of the "Bet Acceptance Rules" and this Policy, the User gives  his/ her complete consent to the collection, storage, protection and use of personal data. If the  User refuses to accept the "Bet Acceptance Rules", "Payment and Refund Policy" and this  Policy, posted on the Website, the User shall be forbidden to use the services of the Website. 

   4. The User guarantees the authenticity of the Personal Data and the User also guarantees  that he/ she owns such Personal Data. The User has no right to provide information about third  parties.

   5. You are not allowed to register on the Website and use our services if you are a resident of  Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Curacao, France, Iran, Iraq, Netherlands, Saba, Spain, St Maarten,  Statia, U.S.A or the U.S.A dependencies, United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse  customers from any other countries over and above the aforementioned jurisdictions at our own  discretion. 

   6. You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge Your Account to another person. This prohibition  includes the transfer of any assets of the value of any kind, including but not limited to  ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these  assets, legal, commercial, or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however  is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering,  hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company,  natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form. 

3. Collection and processing of information 

   1. When using the Website, registering an account or using the Service, the User may be  asked to provide his/ her personal data. 

   2. The Operator / Bookmaker collects and stores only the Personal Data that are needed to  provide services to and interact with the User. 

   3. The Website servers keep personal statistics of the activities that collect certain  administrative information and information relating to traffic, including IP address source points,  time of access, visited webpages, the language used, the records of software bugs and types of  browsers used. 4. ”Cookies”

   1. The Operator / Bookmaker automatically collects information about the use of the Website,  which does not directly identify an individual User, with the help of "cookie-files". "Cookie-files"  are a small data file that is automatically sent to the User's hard drive for record-keeping  purposes.

The Operator may  disclose user information to law enforcement and other regulatory authorities in carrying out  court orders, or in response to other official requests, and if necessary to protect the rights or  legitimate interests of the Operator. 

6. Confidentiality 

   1. Any personal information provided by the User will be treated as confidential and will not be  disclosed to third parties, except in the case of regulatory or judicial proceedings.
